The manual winding Richard Mille RM 68-01 with its asymmetrical tonneau-shaped case is crafted from TZP Ceramic and NTPT Carbon and measures 50.2 x 42.7 x 15.8mm thick. Cyril Kongo transformed graffiti as a genre and was given the opportunity to collaborate with Richard Mille on the RM 68-01, a true explosion of colour. A special airbrush was created to give the artist the precision to be able to spray his colours with the utmost delicacy, one droplet at a time, making every piece unique. Great care was taken to avoid compromising the caliber’s equilibrium, essential to its functioning, with the weight of the paint having to be factored in.

The transparent sapphire crystal case back allows the wearer to view the manual winding tourbillon movement, the caliber RM 68-01 in operation with the baseplate of the tourbillon movement’s appearing as though the paint has been thrown at it. Functions include hours, minutes, and a power reserve of 42 hours and is water-resistant up to 50 meters. Complemented by a black textile strap and secured with a deployant clasp.
